COUNTRY RAGS is a small Ragdoll cattery in north central Minnesota. As Minnesota Ragdoll Cat Breeders, we have been in operation for over 15 years. Our Ragdoll Kittens and Ragdoll Cats have the run of the house and are not confined to cages. We interact with the Ragdoll Kittens from birth so they are well socialized when they leave to go to their new homes.

The health of our Ragdoll Kittens is guaranteed. Each Ragdoll Kitten is examined by a vet and is given its first two sets of kitten shots before it leaves our home. Our Ragdoll Kittens are spayed or neutered at 12 weeks and are ready to go when they are 13 weeks old. By that time they will be litter box trained and eating kitten food. We do not believe in the practice of de-clawing which is why we also train them to scratch on a scratchboard. Our Ragdoll Kittens are not to be de-clawed.

All our Ragdoll Cats and kittens are T.I.C.A. registered and our cattery is a member of R.F.C.I. Pedigree papers go home with each kitten. People are welcome to visit our cattery by calling ahead for an appointment. We LOVE to show off our "treasures" to anyone interested in the Ragdoll breed.

Ragdolls are the world's "big treasures." They love people and get along very well with dogs. They want to be with you all the time and will follow you from room to room just to be near you. Ragdolls are also watch cats. They will be at the door to greet you when you arrive home.

They are a gentle, affectionate, and intelligent breed with a well balanced and loving personality. When sitting in your lap they love to have their chins or bellies rubbed. They love to sleep stretched out on their backs with little concern for their dignity.

Ragdolls are irresistible with their striking blue eyes, rabbit like coat, and sweet personality. Many who adopt one often return and to adopt another.
